I've had the pleasure to interview many of them, and I get to learn theres a common thread that runs through each of them. They never stop learning. Carolyn is a genuine hair icon who is respected by many of the hair industries biggest names. An award-winning hairdresser, she has been hairdressing for 41 years and in 1993 was a member of the first ever FAME Team for the Fellowship of British Hairdressing. She was at the helm of Charles Worthington Salons for 25 years. Today Carolyn's 'Colour and Education Consultancy' is inspiring, exiting and motivating the next generation of stylists and salons with the skills, communication tools and ideas to use in the day to day salon life. Helping them become the very best hair professionals they can be. In my conversation with Carolyn today, she'll share many of those skills, communication tools and ideas.
