Ep27: Alex Slack

Hello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. I’ve got a tremendous episode for you today as I’m joined by Alex Slack from The House of Lifestyle Management. Now Alex runs a fascinating business, which offers a huge amount of services which all together combine to achieve the goal of helping people, usually business owners to take care of all of the jobs they don’t want to do or struggle to justify spending their time on, when it could be used more productively elsewhere. I think this is an incredible niche as it really taps into a problem which almost the whole country seems to struggle with, ‘not having enough time’. She really approaches this from a different angle to anyone else who offers these services on their own, which I absolutely love. The biggest problem that Alex faces in her marketing is that many people (myself included) they might not even know these services exist, let alone be actively looking for them. The great thing about this episode is that we really tackle this predicament head-on and come up with a clear strategy how you can bypass this problem in order to get access to a steady stream of people coming into her business. Further to this, we also look at how she can turn this newly found source of traffic into actual customers with some really interesting and proven tactics. Now if your business sells something that people are not actively looking for, or you do things so differently to the rest of the industry, you need to educate your customers before they are compelled to buy from you, then what we cover in this will be massively important to building a powerful marketing system.
