EP27: Rob Nitman - Pull back the curtain on performance

from The Art of Performance Podcast · host Dean Hammond & Scott Robinson

In today's episode we speak with Rob Nitman and discuss the very basics that are lacking in what underpins fitness and performance! Rob takes us through his principles as a coach and we go deep into his philosophies and what he has experienced in the years hes been involved with professional sport. As an accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (UKSCA), who's been working in the S&C industry since 2014, with roles varying from professional Rugby Union to Higher Education institutions such as leading the athletic development at Eastbourne College and The University of Brighton, Rob has seen his fair share of athletes and something we he said left a real mark.... "Don't just train, perform!"  Rob believes that the improvements we make in the gym have got to make a difference to your performance in the sporting arena and outside life.
