When was the last time you did an evaluation on your health and nutrition? Eating healthy and exercising regularly is such an important habit to have. Ask yourself what you want to be doing when you are 60, 70, or 80. Do you want to pick up your grandchildren, run, play and be lively? Are you going to be that cool grandma that is still doing marathons at 80? Or the alternative? Many of us are already aware of what runs in our gene pool, so what are you doing to improve your healt...

Ask yourself what you want to be doing when you are 60, 70, or 80. Do you want to pick up your grandchildren, run, play and be lively?  Are you going to be that cool grandma that is still doing marathons at 80? Or the alternative?   Many of us are already aware of what runs in our gene pool, so what are you doing to improve your health and keep on doing what you love, being with those that you love. 


With heart disease in my gene pool exercise and healthy nutrition are top priorities. I don't always like getting out there and exercising but I know if I don't take care of my body now, I won't be able to do a lot of the things I love doing later.
