EP277: Sophia Hilton – A New Work Life Balance

Today Im sharing a podcast that I recorded live at the Common Counter, London in 2022 with the one and only, Sophia Hilton. This is an honest and open conversation with Sophia. It leaves no stone unturned. Sophia is to reveal her own personal challenges that she has encountered in both life and business in recent times. It was a period that she described as a 'wild time'!
