Today, on what is the 19th anniversary of the fire that took the lives of 100 people and injured many more, I am sharing the 3-part series released last year. And for 18 years there remains a great deal of speculation about the events leading up to, on the night of, and what came after the fire. People hold different feelings about what happened and who is responsible.
