Workplace Culture is one of the main elements that either determine the success or failure of a team. It is vital, particularly now, in this time of turbulence, that we create a positive workplace culture and maintain it. In this Podcast I share with you my experiences and thoughts about who is responsible for the Workplace Culture, who is responsible for maintaining it and who is responsible for it's development and growth. Based around my 20+ years of Leadership experience both in the Military and Civil Sectors, I have had to create, develop and maintain workplace cultures in 100's of teams.
