My guest today is Roy Milner, the Chief Fermentation Officer at Blackberry Farm Brewery & Founding Partner of Art of Alchemy Blended Spirits.Roy began exploring his passion for great beer in Knoxville, TN as a home brewer while attending the University of Tennessee.  With more than 20 years in and around the craft brewing industry, he’s worked as a brewer with multiple breweries and held several Sales and Marketing positions with beer and beverage companies throughout the US.. And in 2011, Roy co-founded Blackberry Farm Brewery in Maryville, TN, just outside Knoxville.Over a decade later, Roy, along with three partners and friends, set out to establish a spirit brand created “by friends, for friends”.In 2022, Art of Alchemy Blended Spirits was born from a passion for creating products, sharing stories, and collaborating with other makers.
