EP30: Learning to Forgive & Let Go (with Vaneeta) | South Asian, Self Acceptance & Emotional Wellbeing

from It's Preeti Personal · host Preeti Kaur

Today we’re going deep and having a DMC (deep meaningful chat) about about forgiveness, self acceptance, kindness and journalling. I’m joined by Vaneeta Kaur, a UK creative writer, author and emotional wellness advocate. She began writing at a tender age as an emotional outlet for her experiences of anxiety and depression. As someone that deals with a chronic illness due to a rare condition, self-care is an important part of her daily life. At the age of seventeen she began her first novel Broken Branches and the sequel available to pre-order now called brimming boughs. The Silver Lining Series is a supernatural contemporary fictional romance that emphasis gratefulness, love, forgiveness, happiness and so much more. Through her creative writing on social media she encourages kindness, compassion, empathy, self-care, and wholeness. She also shares her own experiences from her emotional wellness journey. Hope you enjoy the episode!
