Colombia comes with a reputation, as many locals like to tell us themselves, for being a country laden with public holidays.Fair enough, with 18 it is one of the global 'leaders' in this regard. However, as our guest for this episode, our, um, 'festivo expert' Luis Silva tells us, giving this high holiday number as a reason for a perceived laidbackness when it comes to work is wide of the mark.
