(Foto: privat) DoP Aleksandra Medianikova nimmt diesmal vor dem Podcast-Mikro Platz und wir unterhalten uns über die Findung von Look und Bildsprache der Romanverfilmung &#8222;Milchzähne&#8220; von Regisseurin Sophia Bösch. Der Film läuft ab dem 21. November im Kino. Aleksandra erzählte von der herausfordernden Produktion und wie sie die Zufälle in das Bild ließ. Für die Dystopie in ihrem Debütroman „Milchzähne“ von 2019 wählte Autorin Helene Bukowski Subtilität statt brachialer Vordergründigkeit. Sie setzte dabei auf universelle Ängste und eine irrationale, gefühlte Bedrohung der Gemeinschaft von außen. Hauptfigur Skalde stößt in ihrem wäldlichen Heimatdorf auf ein junges Mädchen, das scheinbar keine Eltern hat. Die abergläubische Dorfgemeinschaft sieht sie als Bedrohung. So muss sich Skalde zwischen ihrer Menschlichkeit und der Gemeinschaft entscheiden, in der sie lebt. Regisseurin Sophia Bösch nahm sich den Stoff vor und schuf daraus einen unterschwellig bedrohlichen Film mit großartigen Performances seiner Hauptdarsteller:innen, allen voran Mathilde Bundschuh und Ulrich Matthes. Für die Bildgestaltung holte sie ihre ehemalige Kommilitonin DoP Aleksandra Medianikova von der Filmuni Konrad Wolf mit ins Boot. Die Montage übernahm Andrea Munoz. Look Zentral für die Lookfindung war, eine Welt ohne starke Farben zu erschaffen. Alles sollte ausgewaschen und abgenutzt sein. In dieser Welt wird nichts neu hergestellt. Jeder genutzte Gegenstand, ob Möbelstück oder Fahrzeug, sollte eine Patina haben.
