In a split second we make decisions that can change our lives forever. Jeff faced many of these in his 16 years as a NSW Police Sergeant. One of these decisions saw him leap into the tray of a felon's ute on the run...  an experience that layered it's effects on top of no doubt years of trauma exposure and saw Jeff diagnosed with post traumatic stress and depression and medically discharged in 2011.  These days he's a trauma recovery coach and facilitates the healing and recovery for others who are experiencing trauma and mental health repercussions.  BTW...
