EP31 // Kara Goodwin on Inner Knowing

Kara Goodwin is the host and producer of The Meditation Conversation. With over 350 episodes (!!) she has been sharing different ways our life unfolds and transforms through the practice of meditation and other ways of shifting your mindset. She's also a fellow light code and language practitioner - just in a different way than I've normally encountered it. There is a theme that echoes throughout our conversation: that of knowing our inner state of being. These insights can be more powerfully felt in our day to day life through our voice, movement and ultimately through conscious creation. You need not understand it fully, but you may find that after listening, you’ll begin to notice what is within you more clearly. I hope you enjoy this conversation with Kara.
