Ep31: Lorena Moloney

Hello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. I’ve got a very tasty episode today as I’m joined by Lorena Moloney of Pasticceria Lorena. There we go. Don’t know if that’s right, but I’ve impressed myself with that anyway. Now Lorena business is mouthwatering, to say the least. She runs a Pasticceria (quite like saying that), which is an Italian word which means pastry shop if my memory serves me correctly. I might be wrong. So she makes all sorts of beautifully crafted cakes, desserts and other awesome delights. Now a big part of her business is producing these cakes for weddings. What she offers is something different which is what her customers are often looking for. Now you only have to take a look at her website to see for yourself the quality of the products she produces and you can see why she has so many happy customers. However, the problem that Lorena faces is that because what she offers is so different, it can mean that people don’t even know these options exist and therefore might not be going out looking for it specifically. During the episode, I'm delighted to say we really dig into this problem and come up with a clear path for how she can get round it and turn it to her advantage by being able to get a predictable stream of news visitors from the internet.  Furthermore, we also look at some really interesting ways to turn these visitors into paying customers.
