This week we are meeting with Steve Wanczyk. Steve is an executive director at a non-profit dedicated to election integrity along with being the founder of a company called the Dunshire group. We talk about the work Steve is doing to fight for election integrity in the US, key in 2020 and how his career in digital marketing and communications helps support his work today. Steve started out in online merchandising in 2006 then moved into online reputation. Steve moved on to a start-up and quickly progressed through the ranks, seeing the company grow from a small number of employees in a kitchen to hundreds of employees post many mergers and acquisitions. We talk about keeping teams in sync, progress through the ranks internally, setting up a business on your own and specifically non-profits.
