Sal Frisella is an upright businessman, a husband and father of 3 children. He's a man of high expectations who sees life as a great story and an incredible journey. As president of 1st Phorm International, he aims to help people live life to the fullest through fitness and health, through promoting freedom and setting an example as a man of character.   Expert action steps: Stay focussed on what you can control, create small, positive movements. Learn to think: think for yourself.   Sal grew up playing several sports but fell in love with football and baseball in particular. He played college baseball at the University of Southern Illinois in Carbondale and continued playing in the Minor Leagues within the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He had a successful stint before suffering a career ending injury which he credits as one of the best and worst days of his life.
