EP34...COUNTDOWN TO OPENING KICKOFF

With the season opener a mere 3 days away, the excitement and anticipation I am seeing, hearing and feeling is higher than I can remember. An off season that started off with doubt and extreme scrutiny over our QB pick has morphed into an extreme overflow of adulation and superlatives from critics turned Zach lovers. And we don't want it. We want them to chill out and let the kid play and not to build him up just to tear him down when he makes the unavoidable rookie mistakes. We discuss the Tony Romo quote that has everyone buzzing as well as others. We breakdown the Captain's Picks as well as the almost final depth chart. We then get into the week one matchup and discuss the various matchup advantages and disadvantages the Jets will have as well as the keys to victory. I close things out by giving you my fantasy stud of the week from this game. #allgasnobreak #gojets #ganggreen #takeflight #theflightdeckpodcast #Jets #NFL #kickoff #ZachWilson #podcast #podsincolor #TonyRomo #football #NewYork #NotTheSameOldJets
