On this week's episode, I spoke to Shabnam Ahmed. Shabnam is a highly experienced social worker, practitioner, trainer, innovator and all round true leader in social work. Shabnam is a strong leader and advocate for anti racist practice in social work and how we can and should be implementing this in our supervision.
