本集回溯這趟秘魯行的“步步高升”過程~ 秘魯偌大的國土上，地形與地貌多元且互異，有海拔200多公尺的沿海城市利馬，有海拔高度比利馬多出10倍多、終年隱藏在層層高聳深山內的馬丘比丘，更有海拔3300多公尺的“世界肚臍”庫斯科... 當身體通過一山還比一山高的考驗後，最後更勇敢地挑戰3800多公尺的普諾、為了親眼看見的的喀喀湖！ 不斷往高處去的過程中，高山症悄悄向幾位團員報到、不過大抵全員是全程平安。有人半夜爬起來吐、有人則拉了肚子、也有人一直想放屁... 吃了當地的高山症藥物皆能緩解。我則是有感臉變腫了、肚子裡好像有股氣一直在腸胃裡轉來轉去感覺肚子隨時會像氣球被戳洞一樣噴起氣來~幸好我的頭痛只在最高的普諾那兩晚醒來後瞬間來襲，來的快去的也快... 也是神奇又難得的體驗啦😅
