Ep35 - Interviewing Pat Stuart of The Canine Paradigm Podcast

This week we were privileged to sit down with Pat Stuart of The Canine Paradigm, which means we've now interviewed both of The Canine Paradigm lads! Pat is our first in-studio guest on Life With Your Dog. Pat's introduction to dog training was a baptism by fire when he brought an adult Belgian Malinois into his home that required way more skill to own and train than he had ever expected, and so began his obsession with dog training and behaviour. In 2015, Pat took the plunge and began training dogs full time after a more than 12-year career in Army Special Forces.  He has been lucky enough to be mentored and coached by some of Australia and the world’s best dog trainers. Most notably Michael and Bart Bellon who Pat has been studying under for several years, learning their NePoPo® system.  Pat is a certified NePoPo® instructor as well as an active competitor in PSA, a certified decoy and the PSA Assistant Regional Director for Australia.  Pat believes his greatest strength comes in educating people, and he has a passion for passing on knowledge in a way people can go out and implement immediately.  Thank you for listening, and please enjoy the show!
