It is the mission of CHFG to show how a better understanding of the role of human factors can have a significant impact on safety, quality and productivity in healthcare and beyond. It is his aim to to stimulate dialogue and demonstrate through concrete actions, how clinical and high risk organisations can improve their psychological safety, improve accuracy, overcome risk and remove blame culture.
