繼續聊聊天竺鼠...講到吃要吃的入境隨俗，隨著西班牙人在16世紀中入侵並殖民了秘魯，歐洲的主流宗教信仰也伴之席捲而來--昔日印加帝國的首都庫斯科，就有了好幾座混雜歐式與南美色彩的天主教堂，而在其中一座庫斯科主教座堂內，甚至可以看到秘魯版的《最後的晚餐》油畫--畫中耶穌與門徒們的餐桌上，主食正是最在地的風味--烤天竺鼠！搭配的也是很接地氣的飲品「紫玉米汁」。看來，耶穌也在此，以身作則示範了入境隨俗這回事... 在秘魯，另一種接地氣的肉食選項是羊駝肉，羊駝在秘魯可謂是「行走的黃金」，其數量之多、產值之高，為秘魯人帶來不少經濟效益；那麼，羊駝肉吃起來的感覺，究竟又是如何呢~~
