Davies rise as one of The Alliance's top agents started when Davies was only 18 years old. He started his career as an insurance agent, but spent two frustrating years with an insurance company he felt was bankrupt on values and principles. Fatigued and worn down by the politics of his previous employer, Davies answered a newspaper advertisement posted by Andy Albright, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Alliance. Intrigued by Albright's shared vision of a people-oriented insurance brokerage and by his drive to find financial independence through helping others, Davies drove to Burlington, N.C. to meet Albright face-to-face at his home. That visit led to a friendship and partnership that is stronger than ever today. Davies became the youngest million-dollar-income earner with The Alliance and his business continues to grow to this day.
