Let's go fly a kite!!! We had a great time having a salty chat with Richard Kligman of Kilggs Kites in NMB. Richard told us about how he got started and how he and his brother Bruce took their Kite Store idea to the Grand Strand way back in 1982. This weekend Oct 24-25th 2020, they will be holding their 3rd Annual Kite Festival at the horseshoe in NMB.
