We first met the fantastic @lesleythomascoaching earlier this year at @olliecarson__ Upgrade Everything to Premium Event & she Wowed us all 🤩 Lesley speaks so clearly on the narrative we all face everyday around our relationship with money, our confidence in who we are as a person because of it & how it effects a lot of what we think, do and say💯 We started by unpicking where our own personal relationships with money stem from and how our childhood experiences have played a huge role in how we look at money with confidence👌🏻 Lesley gave us some brilliant little exercises that people can do to help them get to the bottom of their own self worth & see the value in what they bring to everyone's life despite our own individual upbringings👌🏻 Alongside some of the brilliant tools Lesley shared we also discussed how we can build a better narrative for ourselves & essentially remove these beliefs that so many of us face which impact what we do on a daily basis😊 And a great questions to ask yourself… What is your "money" story?
