In this week's episode, Alex shares why you shouldn't beat yourself up if you fail at something. Every failure has a teaching moment for you and even though it might sting right now, there is something even greater and more positive just around the corner. This was a great learning moment for Alex because he was able to look at the business in a different way. Alex challenged his team to accomplish more with less. Bigger isn't always better. Better is Better! Alex is grateful for his failures. He knows when it happens, something great is around the corner.
