With the lead generating clearly in hand, we’re able to dig deeper on more of the back-end elements of encouraging these customers to buy more frequently and spend more when they do. During the episode we come up with some awesome ideas for how he can develop a strategy for getting his engineers to sell more stuff without doing any ‘selling’ at all, just by adding more free value.
