Many service-based businesses start with a freelance model. You sell a contract, provide the service, over and over again. And you can make decent money doing this, but at some point, you're going to burn out or even go broke. The key to avoiding these outcomes is by changing your pricing model so you can increase your profit margin. A good profit margin allows you to invest in new technologies, hire amazing people, and build up a cash reserve which will eliminate a ton of stress.
