Evette Rivera is the director of the childrens ministry at her church along side her husband Pastor Jose Rivera. Along with her husband and other volunteers, Evette leads a homeless outreach ministry both on Christmas day and during the summer in the Hartford area. She is married to her adoring husband, Jose of 12 years, and has four beautiful daughters Angie, Ellie, Leila and Evey. She enjoys singing, interpretive dancing, leading small groups at her church, and public speaking. Evette has led and participated in many prayer initiatives throughout CT and has spoken at several events throughout New England. She is the author of Undefined, her personal story of overcoming severe trauma -- including sexual abuse as a child, addiction and more – through the healing and restorative power of Jesus Christ. She has a desire to lead others to a relationship with Jesus and to be a witness to what God can do in the lives of those who pursue Him.
