Sie erzählen mir, wie sie ihre Projekte angehen, warum gute Teams so wichtig sind und warum es noch nicht selbstverständlich ist, als FLINTA-Person das Licht-Gewerk anzuführen. Das neue Jahr beginnt mit gleich zwei Gästinnen. Wer im September 2022 auf dem CineCongress 2022 war, kennt vielleicht Oberbeleuchterin Lisa Maria Müller schon. Damals durfte ich sie zum Thema &#8222;Lichtsetzen: Schnelle Tools für ein stimmiges Bild&#8220; live auf der Bühne des Kinos an der HFF München interviewen. Sina Blume ist erst seit kurzem Oberbeleuchterin, hat aber schon einige Projekte in dieser Position umgesetzt. Ich wollte wissen, wie beide überhaupt in die Branche kamen und welche Ausbildungen sie vorher absolvierten. Wege zum Licht Beide fanden nämlich über das Kamerastudium zu ihrer Leidenschaft für das Licht. Die Wege danach sind sehr unterschiedlich, aber auch sehr spannnend. Ich frage sie, wie sie ihre Arbeit angehen, wie wichtig ihre Teams sind und welche Projekte beide zuletzt umgesetzt haben.
