She founded MITR Trust in 2005 with an aim to reduce the risks of HIV and other sexually-transmitted infections and in 2015, she founded BOLD, the first transgender modeling agency in India. Rudrani is a national consultant for organizations such as the National AIDS Control Program, HIV AIDS Alliance India, and Global fund for Tuberculosis and Malaria.
