Swirling in indecision is no fun. We use a great deal of energy waffling back and forth, making pros and cons lists, asking for advice, and worrying. This is normal. We would all love to know the outcome of our choices before we make them.    But we can't.    There is a tremendous amount of power in making a decision. Even if you don't act on it right away, choosing is powerful. When you choose, you give your brain something to focus on and to work toward.    This episode explores how we can make better choices.
