Ep46 - A Man of Your Word

As men, our word should be iron clad. Why? Because our ability to create successful relationships is built on trust.  And even more importantly, our sense of confidence, is built on the same trust… Trust in our ability to show up in the way we say we will. Because when we fail to make good on our word, we’re not just lying to that other person (Therefore compromising the trust between us and them) We’re also lying to ourselves, and reducing the confidence we have in ourselves that we will show up as the man we want to be. Then we begin to doubt ourselves, and men who lack confidence ultimately draw the short straw in life. So your word should be iron clad.  It’s in your best interest.
