Ep473: My Spanish Adventure – Part 3

After two weeks in “Spanish school”, and a weekend of running around seeing the sights in Barcelona (Sagrada Familia, Picasso Museum, etc.), I’ve recorded my final account of my wonderful experiences in Spain. It’s so fun to share about my travels, especially from the perspective of an emotional eater. I didn’t do Barcelona like others did…I was able to enjoy good food, while eating healthy and feeling good about my food choices. And the best part of all, was being able to walk through fear and apprehension, without using food as my crutch. God is good!
