In the last episode I reviewed a more general article on the effects of myofascial release on several different diagnoses. In this episode I review the articles I gathered from the more general article as well as a few more.  The bottom line: taking fascia into consideration and using treatments that target fascia such as myofascial release, self-treatment and posture is a worthy pursuit in this population.
