Although I did not get married legally, I did however get married culturally. I do see the benefit differences and both have good and bad perks when it comes to deciding whether or not to get marry legally or culturally. This topic sparks my interest due to a recent social media drama that involved an oversea Hmong woman who came to America and got legally married when back in her homeland she has a husband and a child. There are three truths when it comes to what actually happens: your truth, their truth, and the real truth. I don’t know who is telling the truth but I do have an idea of what could have happened in this situation.
