When you surround yourself with the right people, everyone grows and benefits. If you want to create, achieve, and accumulate more, guard yourself from B and C players.The primary elements of this episode are:A players are hungry, humble, and smart, and only other players get into their inner circle.B players want more, but hold themselves back out of insecurity, inadequacy, and insignificance. B players say they want more but won't move toward more.
