Suzanne Shaw is a singer, actress and TV personality and is best known as a member of the first reality TV pop band, Hear'say. She's also won Dancing on Ice, starred regularly in Emmerdale and has performed in numerous west end shows. At the start of 2020, Suzanne completely changed her lifestyle and opened up about her battle with mental health - quitting alcohol, changing her diet, taking up running and then founded ‘The Happy Health Club’; an online community for people to enjoy learning more about the benefits of sober living, nutrition, movement and mindfulness.In this episode Suzanne chats about it all! We take it back to her time in Hear'say and how that whirlwind of fame impacted her life and outlook, and how auditioning for the band was a twist of fate. She opens up about how her Sliding Doors decision to quit alcohol was life changing and is what led her to the amazing path she is on today. We delve into her relationship with Darren and how even when things don't work out long term, sometimes people come into your life for a reason.
