By now, we are all familiar with the traditional open house that occurs in our communities. It’s usually Sunday afternoon from 1 – 4 PM (or 11 AM – 1 PM if the Steelers are playing that Sunday). You might stop in on your way home from brunch or church or shopping. You might get lucky and there may be only 1 or 2 people there or you might get unlucky and there might be 50 people there as you attempt to tour the home!
