Today's topic of podcast is "2023-The year I discovered my relationship with water". This is a very personal journey of catharsis for me. Water - an element found in abundance on our planet, yet I stayed away from it out of fear for large part of my life. Finally I had a moment of awakening and decided to overcome this fear of open water . The journey to get here was fearful, took lot of hard work and the end result felt like an accomplishment I can be very proud of. 2023 is the year I discovered by relationship with water and it was for the great.
