MayBritt Searty is a Family and Systemic Constellations Therapist, a Doctor of Natural Medicine, and a psychosomatic body worker in Dubai. She describes herself as a passionate life-long explorer of alternative ways to doing things, which has led her to becoming a long-time practitioner of cranial sacral therapy, osho therapy, homeopathy, and various other modalities that helped her explore the psychosomatic aspects of illnesses. In this episode, we dive deep into the world of ancestral and generational trauma, the mother wound, and the stories that hold power in our family systems. We talk about the inevitability of traumatizing our own children and carrying traumas not just from our own parents, but often unconsciously from 7 generations that came before us.
