EP54: Tom Bailey
from Electronically Yours with Martyn Ware Hosted by Martyn Ware
Today’s Electronically Yours with Martyn Ware podcast features Tom Bailey - lead singer, writer and driving force behind the massively successful Thompson Twins, purveyors of the finest pop music since the early 80’s. ‘Hold Me Now’, ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘We Are Detective’ and many other worldwide MTV smashes put the Thompson Twins into the highest echelon of international chart success whilst remaining musically universally respected – quite an achievement… His ongoing dub project International Observer is excellent, and Tom’s about to tour with the Human League later this year. Even better, Martyn and Tom are both Sheffield Wednesday fans and have both made records for the club!
