I had the pleasure of meeting these fine folks at BrettFest a couple of weeks ago and I loved their story and was blown away by their Smoked Tamales. Although Lupe, Christine and Kelly have had success in BBQ, they're the new kids on the Block and they're really enjoying all of the comradery that they've experienced since the announcement!
