My amazing guest on the show today, Lea Ellermeier is a successful serial entrepreneur as well as a great speaker and author.   I had the good fortune to see Lea speak at Erin Smith’s Entrepreneur Summit recently.   Her entrepreneurial journey and track record at her five startups was enough for me to want to share her story with you.  But even more was our talk around the emotional toll being an entrepreneur can have on you and how she is working to further the conversation around this.   (Thank you, Nancy J.
