我想應該有很多人聽過幸存者偏差這句說話，簡單就是不要看表面的事來作判斷，表面上看到的未必是事實的全部。故事是這樣說的，在第二次世界大戰時很多飛回來的戰機的機翼上也有子彈孔，所以科學家就認為要加強機翼部份來減少戰機的損傷。但其中一個科學家就指出，他們要加強的並不是機翼，而是機身，因為機翼中了子彈也可以回來，但機身中彈那些已經墜毀了，根本就回不來。這就是幸存者偏差，人只看到表面發生的事，沒有多想看不到的事情。
