EP59: I Called My Mom Because My Boyfriend Called Us Out

This week I called my mom because… family therapy hit a wall. Me, my mom, and my brother couldn't get past a hurdle, so we brought in backup, my boyfriend. We're joined by Brett and Jordy, who give us the outside perspective we probably needed and definitely weren't ready for. Let's just say, everyone gets called out. Before that, we start a little chaotic. My Lexapro ordeal (yes, I dropped it in the toilet), my mom's ShopRite parking lot drama (because Barb does not play about shopping cart etiquette), and my own run-in at Trader Joe's. And of course… premiered. I open up about a feeling that came up watching it that I've never experienced on any other show I've worked on. It's honest, messy, and one of those episodes where we're all forced to look at ourselves a little closer.
