獲得2021年「視障音樂文教基金會--第29屆視障音樂節音樂大賽」器樂類：成人組第一名的薩克斯風演奏者陳冠瑋。冠瑋小學三年級加入了管樂團，因為老師說他嘴唇厚適合薩克斯風，就這樣一路學到高中，16歲考上街頭藝人證照。高二時曾創作了一首自認失敗又奇怪的曲子。為了更精進演奏與作曲能力，進入國立臺灣藝術大學。我非常敬佩他的學習精神，因為光是和聲學這門課，他第一次就被當了，於是他重修了兩次才過關，大學讀六年。這條音樂學習的路，能走到今天，都是因為有媽媽的支持與鼓勵。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
