On a November night in 1997, Galway based taxi driver Eileen Costello O'Shaughnessy left Galway city on what appeared to be just another fare. But when the ever reliable Eileen failed to meet her boss later that night, it was clear that something was not right. Over that night and into the morning an extensive search for Eileen took place. The following day, Eileen's body was found at a place known as Tinkers Lane outside of Galway city.Nearly thirty years later, despite numerous appeals, witness sightings and extensive Garda investigations, her killer has never been identified.
