In Episode 63 of The Staffroom Podcast, Chey and Pav talk about Toxic Positivity. This is a topic that has been brewing with the duo since they began their time on Twitter. The concept has lingered and evolved many times leading up to this conversation, and Chey and Pav debated over the ideas for quite some time before recording. They begin a conversation about the acceptance of the existence of Toxic Positivity, but then also broaden the scope to include other forms of Toxicity that might exist in the social media sphere. Toxic Productivity is one such extension, and the duo discusses this idea at length in the ways that they have encountered it within Education.
