EP65 Gary Mehigan | The 'Cook' And The Chef

Today I'm feeling pretty chuffed about indulging in a bit of banter with one of the worlds most viewed celebrity chefs, Gary Mehigan. After a decade as Co-Host and Judge on Australia's  MasterChef, Gary sure might be a household name and face, but when he sat behind the mic with me for a bit of a banter I could have been mistaken for thinking we'd been mates for years!  What a genuine, down-to-earth and likeable dude, who I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with. We talk all things life, working in hospitality, being a TV personality, performing under pressure, leadership skills, loving what you do, doing what you love.   To be honest, there were just so many things I wanted to discuss with Gary and 80% of them didn't get squeezed in.  So don't worry, he'll be back... you might say this episode is just an entree!  Yes, I think I'm very clever  :) Bon Apetite!
